Name of the student and name of the song/songs performing is required. Please check with your teacher before choosing a song so you can practice with them before the date! The deadline to fill out this form is May 3rd in order to participate in the recital. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Please do not fill out the form unless you know what song you are playing. May 4th the ability to fill out this form will be turned off. We highly encourage filling this out early in case you have any questions. The student concert will be at Kentuckiana Music Center in New Albany.
